correct a bug. Ideally, you should provide all the information below.

the problem occurred, and of the problem. It should be possible to
reproduce the bug with only the information contained in the
description.

available from the error report page.

Version numbers of the following:
- Operating system
- Challenger
- Pike
- Any Challenger modules involved
- Any databases involved
