This tag creates tags.
The contents of the container will be put into the contents of the produced container.
Attributes
- name="string"

The name of the tag that should be produced. This attribute is required for tags,
containers and processing instructions, i.e. for the types 'tag', 'container' and 'pi'.

<attrib> is defined. It is used to add attributes to the produced
tag. The contents of the attribute container will be the
