This part of the manual is intended for anyone who creates and publishes web pages using a Roxen Challenger server, from a normal file system. It describes the functionality Challenger provides that can be used to make it easier to create static web pages as well as dynamic content.

It is assumed that the reader is familiar with HTML. Most of Challenger's functions are available as RXML tags, easily learned by anyone who knows HTML.
